Black Lives Matter - Launch of new website
In response to the Black Lives Matter protests in Basel and globally, the Centre for African Studies and the Urban Studies program at the University of Basel launch this website as a platform for listening and learning from all members of our university community.
The aim is to open a space for dialogue and critical introspection on individual and institutional racism and other forms of discrimination, as a starting point for strengthening our long-term commitment to advancing anti-racism, diversity and inclusion within and beyond the University of Basel.
To this end, this website serves as a platform to share experiences and thoughts related to racism and discrimination and to discuss how best to foster anti-racism, diversity and inclusion.
