The Basel Graduate School of History organizes a variety of workshops and conferences to support its members as they continue their academic training and to facilitate exchange with doctoral researchers and academics at other universities. The BGSH also hosts research colloquiums in Medieval and Early Modern History, the Renaissance, Modern and Contemporary History, African History, Eastern European History and Gender History. Most events are open to non-university members.
